1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostTube ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GhostTube is an AI-powered video production platform that enables users to create faceless YouTube content through an automated pipeline including script generation, voiceover, thumbnail creation, and video rendering.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • Add-ons are billed per channel, per month, and are independent from your base plan.

4. Usage Limits

  • Each plan includes a set number of video minutes per month. Minutes are consumed when AI voiceover is generated.
  • Exceeding your plan's minute limit requires purchasing additional minutes at the rate specified for your plan tier.
  • Channel limits are enforced per plan. Additional channels may be purchased where available.
  • We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that engage in abusive usage patterns.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all content you create using GhostTube, including scripts, audio, thumbnails, and rendered videos.
  • GhostTube does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
  • You grant GhostTube a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service (rendering, AI generation, etc.).
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Resell access to the Service without an Agency plan with white-label enabled
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform beyond the provided API

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment. This guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only. To request a refund, contact support@ghosttube.ai.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your content may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

GhostTube is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
